6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs for Italy amount to €6.00, while for Europe, they are €9.90. Estimated delivery times are up to 3-5 working days for Italy and 3-7 working days for Europe. Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging, ensuring it is not damaged, wet, or tampered with, and that the number of packages indicated on the invoice matches what was actually delivered. Any complaints must be immediately reported to the courier; otherwise, the product is considered correctly delivered, and no claims can be made. If the packaging is damaged during unloading, the customer must accept the goods "with reservation SPECIFYING THE REASON" before signing the transport document to request potential compensation for damages found upon opening the package. If it is not possible to accept the package with reservation or if the damage to the product is visible without opening the packaging, the customer must refuse the goods. In any case of damaged goods, a written notification must be sent to the email address info@polipole.com within 3 days from the delivery date.
In case of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the delivery attempt time and the tracking number. The goods will remain in storage at the local branch for about 5 days, during which the customer must arrange a new delivery. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender. It is also possible to contact the destination branch to request that the goods be held for pickup. Delivery is made to the street address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes not directly attributable to Poliedrica.
Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti undertakes to make all reasonably possible efforts to ensure that products are dispatched within the timeframe indicated in the Product Description and/or order confirmation. However, the final delivery is handled by a third-party courier, and delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
Therefore, except as mandatorily provided by law, Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused exclusively by the courier and beyond its direct and reasonable control (including, but not limited to: exceptional events, courier strikes, general logistical problems, regulatory or customs restrictions).
In such circumstances of delay not directly attributable to Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti, the Customer acknowledges that such delay will not automatically entitle them to a refund of the product price. It is understood that this clause does not prejudice the mandatory rights of the consumer provided by law in the event of contractual breach attributable to Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti, including cases of non-delivery within a specifically agreed essential deadline or in case of loss or damage to the product during shipment attributable to the carrier chosen by Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti.
Poliedrica di Maria Adelaide Fazzi Barsanti nevertheless undertakes to provide the Customer, upon request, with shipment tracking information and to cooperate in resolving any issues that may arise during transport with the courier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Poliedrica grants the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a support request to the email address info@polipole.com. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the customer must clearly express their intention to withdraw from the contract; the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts (including documentation and accessories); the product must be returned within 14 days; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The refund for payments made with a credit card or PayPal will be processed via a transaction reversal. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, a full refund cannot be offered.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Grips
Article 59 of the Consumer Code lists exceptions to the right of withdrawal, specifying that this right does not apply to goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned without compromising their hygiene or safety.
Therefore, cosmetic-grade products (e.g., Grip, Dry, Sticky Mania, Skin Booster, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
9. Returns and Refunds (except for cosmetic-grade products)

Polipole accepts returns within 14 days from the receipt of the item under the following conditions: the item must have been purchased through the www.polipole.com site; the item must be returned in its original condition, unused; the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport, preferably in its original packaging.
The refund will cover the product price, excluding the initial shipping costs borne by the customer. Refunds for payments made with a credit card or PayPal will be processed via a transaction reversal. If the returned item does not meet the specified conditions, a full refund cannot be offered. Once the returned goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be inspected for any damage or tampering. After verifying the integrity of the goods, the refund will be processed.
